Materials designed to meet exact customer requirement or ultimate use of the product.
A proprietorship built on precision, quality, and enduring partnerships.
Founded by Deelip Chhipa and now led alongside Ronarch Chhipa, Ronarch Non Woven Engineers has been at the forefront of non-woven felt manufacturing for over two decades. From our state-of-the-art facilities in Jaipur, we engineer materials that meet the most demanding industrial specifications.
Our specialty lies in manufacturing super white and optical white needle-punched felts that have become the industry standard for precision steel polishing. Our product range spans from 40 GSM to 7,000 GSM, catering to diverse industrial applications. Every roll that leaves our facility carries the mark of meticulous engineering — from fiber selection through calendering.
We don't just manufacture felts; we engineer solutions. Each product is tailored to the exact requirements of its ultimate application, ensuring consistent performance across millions of polishing cycles.

Engineered for mirror-finish excellence on stainless steel, mild steel, and alloy surfaces.
Our flagship steel polishing felts are manufactured from premium-grade synthetic fibers, processed to achieve exceptional whiteness and fiber uniformity. The result is a polishing medium that delivers consistent, streak-free finishes across thousands of polishing cycles.
Dense needle-punched fiber entanglement ensures the felt maintains its structural integrity through millions of polishing rotations.
Super white and optical white materials guarantee no fiber shedding or color transfer onto polished steel surfaces.
Precision calendering delivers uniform thickness across the entire felt surface, eliminating uneven polishing patterns.
Available in custom widths, lengths, densities, and fiber blends to match your exact polishing process requirements.
Our non-woven felts delivering mirror-finish results on steel surfaces
From raw fiber to finished felt — a vertically integrated process refined over 25 years.
The process begins with careful selection of premium-grade synthetic fibers. Fiber bales are broken open, weighed, and blended to achieve the precise material composition required for each product specification. For our super white and optical white grades, we use exclusively virgin fibers with controlled denier and crimp characteristics.
Blended fibers enter our high-speed carding machines — the heart of web formation. The central cylinder (swift) works in concert with satellite worker and stripper rollers to separate, individualize, and align fibers into a uniform web. Fine metallic wire teeth comb through each fiber strand, removing impurities and ensuring perfect blending. The doffer rollers then condense these fibers into a continuous, cohesive web — the foundation of our non-woven felt.
To ensure uniform weight and isotropic strength, the carded web is layered back and forth by the cross lapper. This critical step orients fibers in the cross-direction, building up the required GSM and eliminating weak points across the fabric width.
This is where our felt gains its signature strength and density. The carded web enters our needle looms where thousands of precisely arranged barbed needles move vertically at high speed, penetrating the web with controlled force. As each needle passes through the fiber layers, its barbs catch groups of fibers and push them through the material's thickness — creating a three-dimensional fiber entanglement that gives the felt its structural integrity.
Unlike chemically bonded materials, our needle-punched felts achieve their strength through pure mechanical entanglement — no binders, no adhesives, no contamination risk. The result is a dense, durable material perfectly suited for the demanding conditions of steel polishing.
The final transformation. Our needle-punched felt passes through precision-calibrated heated rollers under controlled pressure — the calendering process. This compresses the material to an exact, uniform thickness while smoothing the surface to achieve the pristine finish demanded by steel polishing applications.
For our super white and optical white grades, calendering is critical: by flattening the fiber structure, light reflection is optimized, delivering that signature brightness. Temperature, pressure, and speed are precisely controlled to achieve the target density, surface smoothness, and dimensional stability.
Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection — weight uniformity, thickness tolerance, tensile strength, and visual inspection for surface consistency. Only material that passes all parameters is approved for dispatch. Our felt is then cut to customer specifications, carefully packaged, and shipped from our Jaipur facilities.
